Eric Garcetti was in New Jersey on Tuesday at another “Opportunity Zones” event engaging in his two favorite pastimes: traveling out of state and building neoliberal public-private partnerships. He followed that up with a trip to Congress to tell them how a great a job he’s doing here in LA at building a healthier city, despite the fact that we consistently rank as one of the most polluted cities in America.
