Mayor Eric Garcetti was found Thursday back in Los Angeles debuting a new song on morning television. Eric is skittish and known to flee the city when approached with tough issues like the homelessness crisis or the LAPD’s ongoing murder spree, so we don’t know how long we can keep him.
